Commanding General Philippine Army Appreciates Recent Accomplishment of 565TH Engr Constn Bn in Bicol.

March 2011 – The 565th ECB, 51st EBDE, PA headed by COL NICASIO A PADUA JR CE (GSC) PA successfully completed the construction of 10-Door Apartment Bldg-1 at HQS 9th Infantry (SPEAR) Division, Phil. Army Camp Gen Elias Angeles, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

26 March 2011- 10-Door Apartment Bldg-1 Project constructed by 565th ECB, 51EBDE, PA was formally turned over by COLONEL SILVINO A ALCABASA JR CE (MNSA) PA Commander of 51st Engr Bde, Phil. Army assisted by COL NICASIO A PADUA JR CE (GSC) PA Commanding Officer of 565th ECB, 51st EBDE, PA to MGEN RUPERTO PABUSTAN AFP, Commander of 9th Infantry (SPEAR) Division, Phil. Army as the unit beneficiary of the AFP Base Development Project in Bicol Region.


The occasion was very fortunate to be witness by no other than LTGEN ARTURO B ORTIZ AFP Commanding General, Philippine Army during its Ceremonial Turn-Over and Inauguration that was notably the 1st 10-Door Apartment personally inspected by CG, PA from ground floor to third floor attic of the said building.


As the unit beneficiary and end user of the AFP Base Development Projects in Bicol Region. The turn-over activity was that was notably the first 10 Door Apartment personally inspected by CG, PA from ground floor to third floor attic of the said building.
