RECOGNITION AGAIN FOR THE 51ST ENGINEERS'

51st EBde has earned again Plaque of Appreciations appropriate to its undoubted stature in the field of construction and disaster operations from two distinguished Department and Command in Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, QC for the fourth quarter period.

BGEN FELIZARDO A SIMOY, Commander this Brigade received a Plaque of Appreciation from the AFP National Development Support Command (NADESCOM) Commander LTGEN JAIME B BUENAFLOR in recognition to the extra efforts of the Brigade to add value to all its peace and development projects called Value Added Project for Peace and Development (VAP4PaD) in the NADESCOM Campaign Plan Kaunlaran on 30 October 2009.

Likewise, SEC Gilberto C Teodoro Jr bestowed also a Plaque of Appreciation to BGEN SIMOY on the occasion of the 70th Founding Anniversary of the Department of National Defense (DND) on 09 Nov 09. The recognition exemplifies the enormous effort of the brigade during the September 2008 “Typhoon Ondoy” and its persistent dedication in the completion of Kalayaan Barangays Program Projects as DND commitment to the President. Congrats again 51st Engineers’!
