Advanced Command Post for all Kalayaan Barangays Program (KBP) Projects assigned to 51st EBde was created in Camp Weene Martillana, Pili, Camarines Sur effective 15 November 2009 and was steered by successive three selected Officers’-in-Charge from different staff offices of the Brigade.

LTCOL AGUINALDO I ORDONEZ, Bde CMO Officer, was the first OIC of the Command Post with him were 2LT MAILYN B DATUGAN, Admin & Operation Officer of G3 Division and two NCO’S as driver and photographer. The objective of the Command Post is to monitor/evaluate the implementation of all assigned 427 KBP projects to the Brigade and find ways for its immediate completion through directly recommending to the Commander, 51EBde.

Likewise, the result on unusual findings, issues and concerns found out in the inspection were brought to the attention of concerned staff for their action. The fifteen 15-day massive inspection and visitation of the first team in the project sites had successfully carried out the instruction of the Commander. The remaining barangays that are not yet visited by the first OIC was undertaken by succeeding OIC’s LTC MARIO N ENRIQUEZ the Bde G4 and finally LTC NICASIO A PADUA the Bde G3.
