PASASALAMAT 2010
LTC MEDARDO F CLARITO CE (GSC) PA

imgFor almost a year, the 564th Engineer Construction Battalion was silent just like a busy bee moving from one project to another, nothing can be heard except for a few significant events, like visit of PMA Class- 2011 and some VIPs, turn-over ceremony of completed projects or movement of engineer equipment from the battalion headquarters to different municipalities in the unit’s area of operations.

However, on the 20th day of May 2010, after more than a year of project implementations, the unit take a short break for the celebration of”PASASALAMAT 2010”. The activity was conducted to give due recognition to the efforts of organic personnel, as well as military personnel from other units and civilian partners/stakeholders whom during the trying times, supported the unit and became partners during the implementation of the Kalayaan Barangays Program (KBP) projects.

imgThe PASASALAMAT 2010 is a one day activity participated in by all personnel of the battalion. The engineer squad is composed of a nine man team headed by a construction foreman with four masons/carpenters and four heavy equipment operators who were tested in their mastery in vertical and horizontal constructions. Major prizes waited for those to be adjudged as Best Engineer Squad.
