SUNLIGHT RAYS – a fashion contained as a result of disposition and to measure economic development.
BULL – signify large scheming in relation to the belief of line in dealing development.
CASTLE – show compensation or respect granted to the idealistic in the form of acknowledgement and commends for excellent achievement and to the implication as a stronghold, in which to defend oneself or resistance oneself off from government.
GEAR – to obtain and organize for coming actions that perform a specific function in national economic development.

Its area of responsibility (AOR) covers Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Abra provinces.
