It aims to generate backyard gardens for the former Pasig River residents who were transferred to Bayan ni Juan relocation site. 2ID was able to produce vegetable seedlings for this purpose and its production and packaging of seedlings are realize through the recyclable materials and resources secured from 2ID's Waste Disposal Management System. Seedlings were grown using disposable Styrofoam packs, carton boxes, garden soil and natural fertilizers from systematic garbage composting. On July 28, a contingent from this Command transported buckets of vegetable seedlings containing more or less 3,500 of various species from the Camp's nursery to the relocation area. Ltc Noel J. Detoyato, Assistant Chief of Staff for CMO, G7 of 2ID, facilitated the ceremonial hand-over of "Seeds of Peace" to the village leaders.
