Camp Melchor F. Dela Cruz is the home of the brave and professional group of officers and men of the 5th Infantry (Star) Division, Philippine Army. It is 398km north of Manila and is occupying about 564 hectare of military reservation in Upi, Gamu, Isabela.

From the barren rolling hills in Upi, the camp was developed into a reforestations area that earned the distinction of being the Cleanest and Greenest military camp in the country.
Added facilities and the scenic environment make the camp ideal site for camping, picnic, educational and social activities in the Region.
