Vision

A reliable and credible Ready Reserve Battalion in each province in the region and an easily mobilizable 41st Infantry Division (Standby Reserve) ably complementing the Philippine Army in the defense of the state in times of war, invasion and rebellion; assisting in nation building and in disaster preparedness and response in the AOR. Proficient ROTC units and training teams producing responsive cadets who shall provide manpower for the Citizen Armed Forces.

Mission

  • To organize, train, equip and administer one RR battalion in each province in the region and build the 41st Infantry Division (Standby Reserve) to complement the Philippine Army in the defense of the state in times of war, invasion and rebellion, and assist in nation building and disaster response during emergencies in the AOR.

  • To develop ROTC units, trainors and cadets to become reliable sources of reservist manpower.
