Training Programs and Objectives
Probationary Officers Training Course (POTC) -
To train and prepare advance Reserve Officer Training Course (ROTC)
graduates to qualify them for commission in the Reserve Force, Armed Forces of
the Philippines.
Pre-Deployment Training (PDT) - To develop and enhance their
military knowledge, skills, leadership, professionalism and competence to
be better prepared in handling of students and instructors of POTC
and BCMT of different line units.
Reservist and Retiree Administrative Training (RRAT) -
To provide basic knowledge and skills to enable them to maintain the level of
proficiency required every ARESCOM personnel.
Restructured Reenlistment System Training - To
reinforce their commitment to the service and enable them to maintain the level
of proficiency required in every soldier and to enhance the senior NCOs
level of competence focusing on leadership development .
Reservist Personnel Management Information System Training (RPMIST) -
To maintain their knowledge in updating some information, records using database
in all reservists and to provide systematic management of all data, policy and
researching.
Computer Literacy Training (CLT) - To develop and
provide skills to all officers and enlisted personnel using computer on how to
operate the digital, electronics system, in data processing and teach i using
computer.
Agent Handling Training (AHT) - To train and provide
the students on the basic intelligence information collection and to
enhance their basic skills-knowledge in agent handling operations
with the end view of utilizing effectively all RICTs and SICTs to
support the Command in Internal Security Operations (ISO) campaign.
Drill Master Seminar - To familiarize the
students on the correct procedures and standards of execution , movement, and
basic drills and ceremonies.
Reserve Officers Training Corps Administrative Training (ROTCAT)
- To enhance and develop their working knowledge of students in
the conduct of ROTC Training Administration of ROTC units and to
prepare all organic personnel to handle positions in the different ROTC units,
admin, logistics NCO, training NCOs.
Civil Military Operations (CMO) - To enhance and
develop skills of students and organic personnel in the basic concept of
CMO and the different CMO programs and activities on how it will be
conducted.
Training Management seminar (TMS) - To provide the students
necessary tools in learning self-reliant and self assessment thru training
sessions and experience and to familiarize the students the
correct procedures, standards in conducting any training and enhancing
individuals capacity and capability as instructor at any trainings.
Investigation Techniques and Procedures in Handling Cases (ITPHC) -
To provide maximum knowledge of students in investigation
process and standards and correct procedures in handling cases.
Technological Skills Development Training (TESDA) - To
provide more input essential knowledge to all retiring Armed Forces of the
Philippines personnel in gaining ability in assessment and establishing business
and to prepare their future after retirment.
