Created to support the PA BAC in the preparation of the requirements in the conduct of public bidding and alternative mode of procurement such as; technical specification items (goods and services) to be procured, Terms of Reference (TOR), Circular of Requirements (COR), Scope of Works etc. The Chairman of each TWG is given the authority to select their respective members who can provide the necessary requirements of the conduct of public bidding and alternative mode of procurement. However, they shall include as their member the respective Supply Officer of the requesting Unit/ End User and other personnel who have the technical expertise and can assist in providing the necessary requirements. The TWG shall also help in the preparation of Contracts/ POs/ WOs.

The following shall compose the Bids and Awards Committee Technical Working Group (BAC TWG) in which the Major Services/ KBUs can create as may depending on the type of procurement and commodity as they deemed necessary for their procurement activities:

           Chairman      -   at least 05 in rank and with background /

                                         knowledge in logistics

           Member        -   Management and Fiscal Officer Representative

           Member        -   Commodity Manager Representative

           Member        -   End-user Representative

           Member        -   Major Services/ KBU 4's Representative

           Member        -   Other officers as may be required by the Major
