Doctrine Center family conducted a two-day team building activity at Hundred Islands, Alaminos City, Pangasinan on 06-07 July 2017. Officers, Enlisted Personnel, and civilian employees joined the fun-filled activity that served as a breather from the daily load of office work.
Activities: On the first day, the group explored the Governor’s Island, one of the largest among the islands. They hiked to the top of the island and basked in the beauty of its surroundings. Boodle fight for lunch was served at the Virgin Island. The rest of the day was spent enjoying the sea and having more socials at Quezon Island where the team spent the night. On the last day, everyone was filled with excitement as they rode the banana boat followed by island hopping.
Reflection: The two-day activity reinvigorated the spirits of the team; enjoying each other’s company and fostering their camaraderie. It was a time to relax and simply to appreciate nature’s beauty. As the trip ended, with tired bodies under the heat of the sun, the lush greenery and the blue seas of the Hundred Islands gave a picturesque memory for the team.
