Three of Morong 43 refute human rights violation
Yesterday, March 2, three of the 43 arrested New
People's Army (NPA) rebels who were captured in
Morong, Rizal last February 6, 2010 submitted to
the fiscal in Tanay, Rizal an affidavit stating
that they were actually members of the rebel
group and that they were not tortured by their
