Minimum starting annual pay and allowances (As Probationary 2Lt) of Php 270,000.00
The moment they are Called to Active Duty (CAD), they will receive the rank of Captain with annual pay and allowances of Php390,000.00

Requirements to become doctors of the Army are the following:

Graduate of Doctor of Medicine and holder of a valid and current PRC license;
Duly accomplished application form/personal data sheet;
NBI clearance;
Birth Certificate from NSO;
Diploma/Transcript of Records authenticated by school registrar;
Board Rating/Board Certificate;
Whole body picture; and
Not more than 35 years of age upon application
Must pass the physical/medical exam to be conducted at the AFP Medical Center or Fort Bonifacio General Hospital

Submit the requirements to the Procurement and Attrition Branch, Army Personnel Management Center, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.
