            BGEN ROGELIO DASALIA ULANDAY PA  the Deputy Commander, Army Support Command, Philippine Army, is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy and a proud member of “Bigkis-Lahi" Class of 1990. Prior to his designation as the Deputy Commander, ASCOM, PA, he was the The Quartermaster General (TQMG), AFP; the Group Commander, 1st Logistics Support Group, ASCOM, PA; and had also held various significant positions such as Executive Officer, OJ4; Inspector General, 5ID, PA; Army Chief Ordnanceand Chemical Service, PA; Commanding Officer, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion, ASCOM, PA; Commanding Officer, 7th Forward Service Support Unit, ASCOM, PA, among others.       

           In the course of his military career, BGEN ULANDAY attended various military and civilian education and training courses locally and abroad. Among which were the Basic Airborne Course at the Special Forces School, SFR(A); Ordnance Officer Basic Course, Ammo Management Course, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Course, and Combined Logistics Officer Advance Course all at TRADOC, PA; International EOD Course at US Naval School for EOD, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, USA; AFP Command and General Staff Course (CGSC) at the AFP Command and General Staff College.

           For his civilian education, he completed his Diploma in Masters in Public Management Major in Development Security at the Development Academy of the Philippines and Senior Executive Course in National Security at the National Defense College of the Philippines.

            With his exemplary performance of duty as a public servant for the past thirty (30) years, he received many recognitions and appreciation from different institutions and organizations both in military and civilian sectors. He is a recipient of a Distinguished Service Star, Bronze Cross Medals, numerous Military Merit Medals, Military Commendation Medals, Combat “Kagitingan”Badge with the degree of Platoon, Company and Battalion Commander, Anti-Dissidents Campaign Medals in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, Military Civic Action Medal, Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation Operation Ribbon, Sagisag ng Ulirang Kawal, and Long Service Medalcommand plaques, and various Letters of Commendation.

BGEN ULANDAY is happily married to Mrs. Carmel Pami-Ulanday. They are blessed with three (3) sons – Nathaniel Ray, Emmanuel, and Mao Sebastian.
