Chief Master Sergeant Aladin S Dacayanan 761162 (Military Intelligence) Philippine Army was born on 10 February 1966 in Camiling, Tarlac. He is the eldest among the seven children of Mr Melecio C Dacayanan of Camiling Tarlac, and Mrs Brigida E Santos of Bayambang, Pangasinan.  He completed his Primary and Secondary Education at Don Bosco Technical Institute, Tarlac in 1983.  He attended Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Saint Louise University, Baguio City from 1983 to 1986.  He completed Bachelor of Science in Criminology at Saint Ferdinand College, Isabela in 2015.
