    ARMY GOVERNANCE AND STRATEGY MANAGEMENT OFFICE

    POST TITLE AND LEVEL:IT Specialist

    MONTHLY COMPENSATION:PhP 20,000.00

    DUTY STATION:Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila
    ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT:Performance Management Branch, AGSMO
    RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with the Chief, Performance Management Branch, Defense Research Officer, Information Systems NCO, and other concerned IT units at the Headquarters Philippine Army in developing, coordinating, facilitating, or implementing the Management Information System for the Performance Scorecard of the Army Transformation Roadmap (i-Perform 2.0).
    COMPETENCIES:

    Work closely with the Network Enterprise Technology Battalion in the development of the i-Perform 2.0 software.
    Manages, supervise, and provide technical advise on the i-Perform 2.0
    Monitor and maintain the operationalization of the i-Perform 2.0
    Provide technical support on the Information System needs of other branches
    Prepare periodic reports and assessments in the performance of i-Perform 2.0

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science or Software development.

    Eligibility: Career Service Professional (Second Level Eligibility)

    Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
    Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
