72 units in college
If High School graduate only, must possess a certified skill needed in the military service

Minimum height is 5 feet

No pending case in any court
Philippine Army Officer Candidate Course:
21 -29 years old upon admission (no age waiver)
Enlisted Personnel who have not yet completed one (1) term can now apply
Graduate of any 4- year college course
Single and never been married, never borne or sired a child
Minimum height is 5 feet (152.4cm) both male and female but not more than 6’4” ft. (193.04)

Physically and Mentally Fit
Philippine Army Officer Preparatory Course:
21-31 yrs. old
MS43 graduate (Advance ROTC grad)
Graduate of any 4- year college course
Single

Requirements for Taking the AFPSAT are the following:
NSO Birth Certificate
For college graduates, Transcript of Record or Diploma
For High School Graduates, Diploma with Form 137-A
