Army achieves a milestone in time for its 121st Founding Anniversary

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Philippine Army has been globally recognized as one of the best organizations in terms of strategy execution after passing in the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy evaluation that started on November 23, 2018.

Before receiving the award, the Philippine Army has undergone four stages in its bid to become a Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Famer; through application, evaluation, validation, and awarding stages.

The Philippine Army recently just passed the on-site evaluation headed by Mr. David McMillan, Director of the Office Strategy Management of the Palladium Group.

With this, the Commanding General Philippine Army and Chief of the Army Governance and Strategy Management Office were invited to the Reimagine Strategy: Palladium Positive Impact Summit 2018 held in London where they personally received the award from none other than Professor Robert S. Kaplan, Emeritus Professor at the Harvard Business School and co-creator of the Balanced Scorecard.

"I would like to thank the officers, enlisted men and women and civilian employees of Team Army for your unconditional support to enable us to be inducted in the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame. I hope that his will inspire and motivate us some more in performing our mandate for the good of the service, for the sake of our country and for the glory of God. Mabuhay ang Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas!" said Lt. Gen. Bautista.#
