International Military Students render courtesy call on VCPA

Eight International Military Students (IMS) led by Capt. Alexander R. Jose PN, Commandant of the Armed Forces of the Philippines General Staff College (AFP CGSC) rendered a courtesy call on Army Vice Commander Maj. Gen. Camilo Z. Ligayo on October 17, 2022 at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.
The eight IMS are from Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Cambodia taking military courses programmed by the Armed Forces of the Philippines such as AFP CGSC, Basic Airborne Course,Jumpmaster Course, and Basic Officer Leader Course.
Maj. Gen. Ligayo highlighted the importance of the IMS program offered by the AFP as it promote diplomatic relationship among allied countries by sharing knowledge and best practices. The VCPA also vowed that the Army will continue to work multilaterally with various partnered nations in enhancing diplomatic relations, cordiality, alliance, and joint cooperation in various fields.#
