Members of the Philippine Army Athletics Team dominated the Spartan Race Alviera Elite Category on December 17, 2022 in Porac, Pampanga.
Cpl. Ailene O. Tolentino emerged as the female Champion in the 50-Kilometer Trail Race while SSgt. Andrico S. Mahilum bagged second place in the 50-Kilometer Trail Race male division. Army Officer-Athlete and former elite runner 1st Lt. Alquin R. Bolivar also bagged third place in the 21-Kilometer Trail Race.
Around 300 participants joined the event organized by Spartan Race Philippines and hosted by Alviera, Pampanga.
