Special Forces Regiment (Airborne) opens Special Forces Combat Qualification Course

The Special Forces Regiment (Airborne) opened the Special Forces Combat Qualification Course Class 22-2023 with Philippine Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Education and Training, G8, Col. Arsenio DC Sadural serving as the guest of honor and speaker at the SFR(A) Forces School, Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija on March 13, 2023.
 
The class, composed of 10 officers and 165 enlisted personnel, will hurdle six modules: Individual Combat Skills Training Phase; Internal Security Operations; Team and Section; Combat Ground Operations Phase; Combat Maneuver Exercise Phase; and Test Mission Phase. The 20-week course will equip students with a much higher level of combat skills that they can apply in any operational environment. The course will also prepare students to take a higher level of specialization and acquire higher-level special forces skills.
 
The training course supports the thrust of Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner, Jr., to enhance the individual skills of soldiers and unit capabilities.
