Army Finance Center celebrates 46th Founding Anniversary

FORT BONIFACIO, Metro Manila – The Philippine Army Finance Center celebrated its 46th Founding Anniversary with the theme “Embracing Innovation, Sustaining the Culture of Excellence and Premium Customer Service Satisfaction” here today, March 2, 2020.

The Finance Center, Philippine Army provides financial services to the Army by administering the payment and allowances of the military and civilian personnel. It also gathers and collates financial data, provides staff financial advice, and collects both appropriated and non-appropriated funds of the Army.

Lt. Gen. Gilbert I. Gapay, Commanding General, Philippine Army graced the event as the guest of honor and speaker and led the awarding of plaques to the best Finance Service Field Office, the best chief FSFO and the unit’s stakeholders.

Gapay lauded FCPA’s professionalism and proper managing and handling of the Army’s financial resources that help in the morale and welfare of the troops and their families in supporting and sustaining their financial needs.

“With the technical knowledge, financial expertise and high state of determination of the Finance Center personnel, and with the continued support of the higher headquarters and our stakeholders, FCPA will soar high in achieving its aspirations for this year and beyond,” said Col. Seigfried C. Tubalado, Finance Center Director.
