Army receives modular facility from AFPMBAI

The Philippine Army received four 2-story modular facility units from Armed Forces and Police Mutual Benefit Association (AFPMBAI) in a ceremonial handover on April 11, 2023 at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.

AFP Chief of Staff and AFPMBAI Chairman of the Board Gen. Andres C. Centino, assisted by AFPMBAI President and CEO Maj. Gen. Rizaldo B. Limoso (Ret), handed over the signed deed of donation and symbolic key to Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. during the ceremony.

Said donation, under the insurance and mutual benefits provider's corporate social responsibility, reflects AFPMBAI's commitment to plow back benefits holistically to the men and women in the uniformed services.

During the ceremony, Lt. Gen. Brawner extended his gratitude to the association for their continuous effort to improve the soldiers' quality of life.

"These gracious donations will surely benefit and empower our personnel more than ever in effectively and efficiently performing their duties and delivering quality service to our people and our nation. As we continue to move forward and reach greater horizons together with our partners, we will reach our respective vision of contributing to our nation's continuous peace and progress by performing as world-class institutions in service to the Filipinos," said Lt. Gen. Brawner.
