The Philippine Army conducted a conference and workshop for Division Operations Officers and Division CAA Affairs Units (DCAU) Commanders at the Philippine Army Officers’ Clubhouse, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City from December 4 to 7, 2023.
With the theme, “Capacitating Army Planners and Leaders Towards A Reliable, Responsive and Relevant Mission-Oriented Philippine Army,” the workshop served as a platform to apprise Operations Officers and DCAU Commanders on the thrusts, programs, and operational directives from the level of the General Headquarters (GHQ). Participants also conducted a review and assessment to enhance the continuing rationalization of the Army’s Delta Companies with the view of transforming said units into effective and efficient force multipliers.
“Let us sustain victories for our force, capacitate our troops, and exemplify our reputation as highly reliable, responsive, and relevant vanguards of our nation’s peace, stability, and progress,” Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido said in his remarks during the CGPA’s Time with the Operations Officers and DCAU Commanders.
