Army honors exemplary individuals, stakeholders

The Philippine Army honored its exemplary personnel and stakeholders in an Awarding Ceremony on March 22, 2024 at the Headquarters Training and Doctrine Command, Camp O’Donnell, Capas, Tarlac.
 
The Secretary of National Defense His Excellency Hon. Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr. presented the awards to the Army officers, enlisted personnel, reservists, ROTC Cadets, Civilian Human Resource, stakeholders, and People’s Organizations during the awarding ceremony.
 
An Outstanding Achievement Medal was awarded to Col. Eufracio Malig Jr. while three Gold Cross Medals were awarded to 1Lt. Allan Kelly Manuel, 2Lt. Feljoy Ending, and Sgt. Roldayn Catalbas. Command Plaques were also awarded to the following exemplary personnel for the year 2023: SSgt. Alfie-Gin Avila as the PA Best Enlisted Personnel, CAA-I Jordan Quiador as PA Best CAA, Maj. Flodemonte Gerdan as the PA Best Reservist Officer, MSgt. Arthur Eric Castuera as the PA Best Reservist Enlisted, Cadet Col. Vincent John Mongcal as the PA Best Male ROTC, Cadet Maj. Jassel Mae Garcia as the PA Best Female ROTC, Ms. Julieta Mama, Ph.D. as the PA Model Supervisor, and Engr. Jean Claude Gocella as the PA Model Employee.
 
Command Plaques for Stakeholder Award were also awarded to 5K Broadcasting Network, Inc. and Tarlac Governor Hon. Susan Yap while the PA People’s Organization Award was awarded to the San Gabriel Integrated Farmers’ Association.
 
The Army leadership lauded the awardees for their invaluable contributions to the Army’s pursuit of a stronger Army towards a stronger nation.
