Army personnel reaffirms allegiance to the AFP Code of Conduct

Members of the Philippine Army reaffirm their commitment to adhere to the highest standard of public service in line with the celebration of the 33rd AFP Code of Conduct Day during the conduct of Monday's regular Flag Raising Ceremony at Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on October 23, 2023.
 
Army personnel, including officers, enlisted personnel, and reservists, recited the Oath of Allegiance to the AFP Code of Conduct during the celebration. The AFP Code of Conduct Day is one of the ways the AFP continuously reminds soldiers of the firm respect for the law and its legal processes. It further reiterates the utmost degree of fidelity and good faith in public service.
 
The Army Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido, reminded all Army personnel of their responsibility to serve as role models in demonstrating discipline at all times. "We must fully embrace, embody, uphold, and pledge ourselves to maintain a character grounded in our core values. In this endeavor, let integrity and accountability stand as a foundation of our character," Lt. Gen. Galido said in his keynote message.
