The Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR) seeks to institutionalize genuine reforms based on good governance, performance excellence and enhanced public-private partnership. As part of this initiative, PA has established the Multi-Sector Advisory Board (MSAB) which comprises of the PA and civilians from an extensive line of expertise with similar goals with that of the organization. The board advises and assists the organization in implementing projects that serve the Filipino people and enhance the PA capability. The board represented the commitment of PA to transformation thru public-private partnership.

Similarly, the Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR) founded its own MSAB that caters to the unit’s own vision to be a professional CMO organization. With the Regiment’s partnership with the MSAB members, the unit has conducted activities with significant impact such as Pinoy Batang Bayani (PBB), Project Shoebox which enhanced its capability to conduct CMO activities.
