Royal Cambodian Army (RCA) Deputy Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Oum Dina rendered a courtesy call on Army Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Potenciano C. Camba at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on June 14, 2023.
Maj. Gen. Dina is in the country for the 1st PA-RCA Army Working Group (AWG) Meeting. The AWG is alternately hosted by the Armies of the Philippines and Cambodia, which serves as a venue to develop relations primarily through confidence-building activities in line with the ASEAN framework.
Maj. Gen. Dina, during the courtesy call, expressed his appreciation to the Philippine Army for its unwavering dedication and commitment to maintaining and strengthening the partnership. Maj. Gen. Camba meanwhile emphasized the role of RCA in strengthening the relationship and enhancing interoperability through open discussions and meaningful insights with its counterparts.
