The Philippine Army’s Armor “Pambato” Division celebrated its 47th founding anniversary at Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac on June 16, 2023, as the division geared towards avant-garde tank units and enhancing the morale and welfare of its personnel.
Anchored on the theme, “Lethal. Excellent. Adept. Decisive,” Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker who commended the acquisition of modernized strategic assets that will bolster the Army’s capability in addressing the internal and external security threats.
Moreover, Lt. Gen. Brawner also lauded the achievements of the Pambato troopers which include the excellence performed by various units, individual soldiers, government and civilian stakeholders in different areas of operation. “To the Army’s mounted warriors, as you navigate to another year in the service, I urge you to continue your mission of neutralizing enemy forces by fire, maneuver, and shock effect in conducting your internal security operations. In doing so, you shall ingrain the principles of servant-leadership in accomplishing your division’s mandated tasks and inculcate our crucial objectives as enshrined in the acronym, SERVE,” the Army chief highlighted in his anniversary remarks.
