Army sends off new batch of "Train-for-Work" Program trainees

Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido led the send-off for the latest batch of trainees under the Peace and Community Empowerment (P.A.C.E.) "Train-for-Work" Program in Camp Lt. Tito B. Abat, Manaoag, Pangasinan on February 16, 2024.
 
PACE, launched at the said camp in December last year, is a sustainable initiative that fosters peace and inclusive development by offering skills training and job opportunities.
 
The said program is being facilitated by the Career Builders Skills Training and Assessment Center, Inc. and the 702nd Infantry Brigade of the 7th Infantry Division. The program currently benefits residents in geographically isolated and conflict-affected areas in Pangasinan, Tarlac, Bataan, and Zambales, as well as military personnel and their dependents.
