Wellness dialogue seeks to promote healthy lifestyle of Army troops

The Philippine Army through the Office of the Army Chief Surgeon and Office of the Army Chief Nurse, conducted a Healthy Lifestyle Talk to all Army troops and civilian human resource (CivHR) at the Headquarters Philippine Army, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on March 8, 2024.

Various medical practitioners offered health dialogues that discussed the significance of mental health, nutrition, and annual physical examination especially to the soldiers. The medical specialists encouraged all service members to better take care of themselves and supervise their physical, mental, and spiritual health.

The Army leadership prioritizes the health and fitness of the soldiers to improve and sustain the performance and readiness of the command in serving the people and the nation. Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido believes that a “healthy body results a sound mind and strong performance of duties and responsibilities for the country.”
