NEGROS ORIENTAL - The 14th Civil-Military Operations “VOICE OF PEACE” Battalion thru the leadership of MAJ ARTURO DUMALAGAN (INF) PA signed partnership agreement with Dumaguete Riders Alliance (DURA) founded by Ms Hendrelyn Mandaguit and 1Goal Riders led by Mr Jethro Y Tan in Brgy Nangka, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental last 30 December 2020.
The objective of the agreement is to promote innovation programs for the community and provide development opportunities that will empower young people to create positive changes for the nations and support the mandated mission of “Tsinelas ng Pag-Asa Program” which is to give hope to barefooted constituents. Also, during the activity they distributed Cash Support to poor family, conducted Feeding Program and discussed Youth Anti-Insurgency Awareness.
The agreement shows that the constituents and this unit are working in camaraderie to support the community and government in attaining peace for everyone.
