11FSSU, ASCOM Passes the AGP Proficiency on-site audit.

                        Naval Station Felix Apolinario, Panacan, Davao City - The 11th Forward Service Support Unit, Army Support Command, Philippine Army was awarded the “Compliant Status” year 2016 in the Army Governance Pathway (AGP). The dedication of 11FSSU in the attainment towards “Proficient” and “Institutionalized” status doesn’t stop so long as the eagerness to pursue the highest governance and strategy management is performed, even though it is a battle between pen and paper.

            The Governance and Strategy Management Office (GSMO), ASCOM, PA headed by COL NELSON A BUHAY (QMS) GSC PA conducted a Proficiency on-site Mock Audit on 5 - 6 August 2019. The entrance unit briefing of MAJ REYNANTE R EBREO (OS) PA, ATR Action Officer discussed the Unit’s strategy and performance progress including the summary of the unit’s objective to Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR). A month of preparation to prove 11FSSU’s competence was uneasy. Five randomly selected Mapaglaan Troopers had a much awaiting one-on-one Mock interview with MAJ SHERYL K LATAY (AGS) PA, Deputy, GSMO; CPT FERNANDO A GUITERING (OS) PA, Chief Admin, OG3, ASCOM; and CPT LEAH G PURA (QMS) PA, Deputy MFO, ASCOM regarding on their Personal Scorecards. Likewise, the Audit Team was very précised in checking the documents and ensures that all criteria were met for two consecutive days.

            On the last day, MAJ LATAY presented the audits’ critics and findings as to what they have observed during their 2 - day inspection. The Audit Team, 11FSSU Officers and ATR - TWGs members did not end the open forum without discussing the areas for improvement. 11FSSU passed the mock-audit and is now eyeing for “Proficient Status” to continue what it has started.
