"REORGANIZATION TOWARDS EXCELLENCE"
Like any other Units in the Philippine Army, 10FSSU, ASCOM, PA constantly capacitates itself by continuously enhancing its capabilities, sharpening personnel skills and expertise and instilling a culture of excellence among its workforce
Hence, on 03 August 2020, the unit activated its Headquarters, Supply and Services, Maintenance and Transportation Companies in line with the approved Table of Organization for FSSUs. During the activation ceremony presided by LT COL VLADIMIR DC STA MARIA OS (GSC) PA, Acting Commanding Officer of 10FSSU, Officers and NCOs assumed key positions as Company Commanders and First Sergeants, respectively. CO 10FSSU emphasized that the objectives of the reorganization is to rationalize the structure as well as to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of FSSUs in accomplishing its tasks.
In his message, LTC STA MARIA also stressed out that the said reorganization intends to empower NCO leadership through various capacities that will develop their leadership skills, considering that additional significant positions are at hand for NCOs to occupy.
