The 6th Forward Service Support Unit, ASCOM, PA's conferment of the Army Governance Pathway (AGP) Institutionalized Status with Silver -Trailblazer Award
The 6FSSU, ASCOM, PA endeavored to transform the unit into a more reliable, efficient, reliant and responsive unit that is a source of national pride. As a deliberate result and with its continuous quest to attain the remarkable transformation, the unit was conferred the last AGP status, the Institutionalized Stage on 12 November 2020 which was formally awarded on 15 January 2021 with BGEN ROGELIO D ULANDAY PA, the ASCOM's Deputy Commander, in lieu of the ASCOM Commander.
Gaining the institutionalized status after being conferred the proficient status sometime in November 2018 was a result of the unit's efforts of ensuring that the monthly programs, quarterly strategy, performance and assessment were deliberately executed in order to attain its mission of having a reliable combat service support capability and well-sustained army units in the Western Visayas Region.
On 27 October 2020, the unit made its final defense before the AGP panel to support its claim for the institutionalized status. Having passed the scrutiny, argumentative, and grilling queries of the AGP panel, the unit made a remarkable breakthrough more than that of what had been set in its breakthrough goals as best practices.Through the unit's noteworthy strategies and insights coupled with the accomplishment of all the strategic objectives, it has finally attained the last stage of the AGP status, making the unit as the 3rd among the subordinate units of the Army Support Command to be awarded the AGP institutionalized Status.
